Can Teco is a new built country house located close to Manacor and Portocristo in the east of Mallorca. The house is situated on a plot of 17.579 m2 with a living area of 345 m2.

This charming house is tastefully decorated and with a lot of attention to detail. Can Teco combines to perfection modern design with traditional materials. When you enter into the house we find a nice open entrance that leads to the living room with large windows that allows a lot of light. It is equipped with sofas, TV and offers direct access to the terrace.

From the living room on the right side we have access to a modern kitchen, fully equipped with all the comforts and tools of the today's kitchens in order to cook without any problems and has also a fireplace itself. The first floor has also a bathroom with a shower and from where we can access to the terrace / pool.

The upstairs at the entrance of the house leads to the second floor which is distributed in 3 double bedrooms (two with double beds and one with twin beds). It includes also 3 bathrooms, all of them with bath.

The house offers central heating, air conditioning (cold) in the living room, portable fans and Wi-Fi connection.


Can Teco is situated in a very quiet area on the outskirts of Portocristo, away from all the hectic and 58, 8 km away from the airport. Within 5 km you can reach Portocristo with a variety of supermarkets, restaurants, bars and shops. In this area there are numerous sports possibilities, such as horseback riding, golf or water sports. The nearest golf course is the "Pula Golf" in Son Servera and is located at 11,2 kilometers.

The surrounding mountains offer many opportunities for hikers and nature lovers to discover the diverse landscape of Mallorca by foot. The excursion to the "Castle of Punta de n'Amer" is well worth a visit for its circular route around the coast, enjoying this excellent lookout from the east coast. It is a protected natural area, where you can find a defensive tower from the late XVII century, which served as a lookout point between neighboring towers. From the tower you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the bay of Cala Millor and Sa Coma.

Every Monday there is a weekly market in Manacor, where you can buy regional specialties. The weekly market in Porto Cristo takes place every Sunday morning on the Paseo de la Sirena. It is a market of natural and local products. It is highly recommended for its quality and for the beautiful views to the harbor, the beach and the white caves that can be seen from the promenade. Highly recommended is a visit to the Caves of Drach in Porto Cristo, only 6.9 km from the house, or the caves of Hams after 3.7 km.

The municipality of Manacor and Porto Cristo has, as peculiar values, a coastal landscape with extreme and unalterable beauty and a great diversity of flora and fauna. It is about natural and virgin coves, fine sand and rocks, clear, crystalline water, surrounded by nature. Some of them are Cala Moreya Cala, Cala Morlanda, Caló d'en Rafalino, Cala Anguilla, Cala Mendia, s'Estany d'en Mas, Calas de Mallorca and Cala Murada, all of them of great natural beauty. Other examples include Cala Cala Petita and Varques, accessible only on foot on excursion of about half an hour.


The exterior of the property has a large covered terrace from where you have spectacular views to the sea in a long distance and to the Majorcan nature. The terrace has a table with chairs to enjoy your culinary delights outdoors, a cistern and a barbecue. On the right side of the garden there is a nice swimming pool (of 7m x 5m with a deep of 1.40m until 1.80m) with several sun-loungers to relax and sunbathe.

The second floor has also two terraces, one of them with a chill-out area with sofas where you can relax with your favorite book and enjoy a beautiful view to the sea and countryside.

The environment of this finca is surrounded by the typical Mediterranean vegetation such as almond, carob, orange trees, and palm trees creating a unique and quiet place.
