This comfortable country house is distributed on one floor as follows: A large living room with a large glass window with pool view, and exit to the veranda with a large table for twelve guests, large fully equipped kitchen with appliances, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, etc.. From the living room you can reach the bedrooms via a corridor, there are 5 double bedrooms, all with private bathroom with shower, all with air conditioning by heat-cold pump and ceiling fans, the layout of the beds is 4 bedrooms with two single beds and another with double bed, plus a guest toilet, In the windows of the rooms there are mosquito nets.
The house has internet access with WLAN and satellite TV. Table tennis table.
Outside there is a large swimming pool and a very large lawn, next to the swimming pool a gazebo with pergola, a sun terrace with twelve hammocks, a barbecue area at the exit of the kitchen and an outside toilet with shower.
The surroundings in which the house is located are isolated on the edge of the urbanisation and at the same time very close to the beaches of "Cala Blava", "El Arenal", "Cala Pi", "Cap Blanc" and "Playa de Es Trenc".
The airport of Son Sant Joan and Palma is 15-20 minutes away by car.
The beach of Cala Blava is only 4,7 km away from the property, the golf course of Maioris 4,7 km away and the Arenal 5 km away.
It is an ideal home for families with children or groups of friends.

We stayed at Es Bosc in July 2005. 2 families shared the villa with 5 kids between us. We had an excellent time, there is loads of space for the kids to explore and of course the brilliant pool and outside eating area. We had loads of bbq on the outside bbq, we sent the kids of in search of fallen wood while the men cooked and the ladies could enjoy their holiday with a nice glass of wine or two. This was the first villa holiday we had been on and is one of the best holidays to date. When we were out on day trips, we could not wait to get back to the villa for some piece and quiet and to jump in the pool. The owner was a lovely man has brought up fresh fruit and veg grown around the villa and to check the pool daily. I can recommend this villa to anyone wanting a lovely quiet setting but within easy reach by car to the beach, shops and water park .
